2018 Accent

The newly released 2020 3edition of Hyundai Accent is all about presenting the basic auto features as fun. But surprisingly enough, that is where all its appeal lies in. that is because, it is still the common man’s car, their most favorite commuting option, as Hyundai packs all the necessary virtues in it at a price rate, that the mass buyers can afford. As rightly said by the Ontario Hyundai dealer, the 2020 Hyundai Accent has nothing to complain about, as it doesn’t claim high but in reality it serves many purposes in a highly efficient manner.

Visual Appeal

To look at the 2020 Hyundai Accent can be tagged under the umbrella term of new car. To achieve this status in the minds of the onlookers, its manufacturer Hyundai has taken all the right steps, that made this subcompact sedan a strong contender in its own segment. Its structural pattern as well as design aspect speaks of an individuality, that can only be found in the segment of luxury sedans, and the 2020 Hyundai Accent certainly speaks of one. The flowing aerodynamic design even with a no-frills attitude makes a broad entrance in the minds of the onlookers who might not have entered the showrooms with an intention of buying a sedan.

The 2020 Hyundai Accent carries its family traits when it comes to its exterior style, that always prefer to flank a pair of gorgeous LED headlights at the front, while the 17-inch wheels get the sedan a comfortable ride height. The base models of the 2020 Hyundai Accent look unique with their halogen lamps and use the styling off bigger sedans rather than adopting the styling norms of the subcompacts.

Revised Lineup Features

For the year 2020, the lineup of the Hyundai Accent receives a revision in the powertrain front that counts an additional 4-mpg of fuel economy ratings for most of its trims, that are using the newly tweaked inline-4 engine in combination with a new continuously variable automatic transmission. Otherwise, the 2020 Hyundai Accent mirrors exactly the same features of the last year’s model in all other departments.

With all these, the 2020 Hyundai Accent offers good standard features and acceptable performance, while its sprawling interior space makes the 2020 Accent get counted among the higher grade of luxury sedans that ask for a huge price for all this.

The 2020 year lineup of  Hyundai Accent is spread in SE, SEL, or Limited trims. we have already talked about the newly introduced 1.6-liter inline-4 engine that has replaced the old 1.6-liter inline-4 counterpart to achieve the big leap in fuel efficiency that was achieved by few intelligent engineering tweaks that increased the overall handling capacity of the heat and fuel injection. Coming to the transmission a 6-speed manual transmission has been set as standard, and a new CVT is brought to replace the earlier 6-speed automatic option.

Enhanced Drive Fun

To know if the revised powertrain made the 2020 Hyundai Accent has enhanced its drive fun, we booked a test drive with this sedan at the Riverside Hyundai dealership. After driving one with the new powertrain configuration, all we can say  is that, the 2020 Hyundai Accent made us forget about the road imperfections and brought us back laughing and giggling.

As the Editor-in-Chief of 8Blogs.com, she leads the editorial vision of one of the web's most ambitious business and industry publications — a platform dedicated to delivering sharp, credible, and actionable content for professionals, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders across the globe. Abby's journey into the world of professional writing and editing began long before her byline appeared on any publication. Growing up with a natural curiosity for how businesses work, how economies shift, and how leadership shapes organizations, she found herself drawn to the intersection of journalism and business from an early age. That passion led her to Ohio University — one of the United States' most respected public research universities, located in Athens, Ohio — where she pursued a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Communications. Ohio University's School of Media Arts and Studies gave Abby a rigorous academic foundation in editorial ethics, news writing, investigative reporting, audience analysis, and multimedia storytelling. It was here that she developed the disciplined writing habits and critical thinking skills that would define her professional career. She graduated with a deep understanding of what separates good content from truly great content — and a firm commitment to always delivering the latter. Before stepping into a full editorial role, Abby gained invaluable real-world experience through internships at newspapers, regional magazines, and online publishing companies. These early career placements were formative. Working in fast-paced newsrooms taught her how to research under pressure, verify facts rigorously, and write with clarity and precision on tight deadlines. Her internship experiences also gave her a front-row seat to the rapid transformation of media — from print-first thinking to digital-first strategy — a shift she embraced fully and has championed ever since. Over the following six to seven years, Abby built a diverse and impressive portfolio spanning writing, reporting, editorial assistance, and content strategy. She has covered topics ranging from startup ecosystems and venture capital trends to leadership philosophy, workplace culture, global trade, and emerging technologies. Her work is consistently praised for being well-researched, reader-friendly, and genuinely insightful — never sacrificing depth for the sake of brevity, nor clarity for the sake of complexity. At 8Blogs.com, Abby oversees a broad editorial mandate that spans twelve content categories including Entrepreneurship, Finance, Marketing, Technology, HR, Sustainability, and Global Business. She sets the tone, maintains editorial standards, and ensures that every article published reflects the publication's core values — integrity, depth, and practical intelligence. When she is not editing or writing, Abby stays close to the business world through industry events, professional reading, and mentoring emerging writers who are just beginning their own editorial journeys.
